Job Summary
Support international projects in palletizing, packaging, and handling technology by developing project management standards, KPI dashboards, and management reports. Prepare decision-making materials, moderate workshops, and automate recurring tasks while maintaining project schedules and cost reporting. Contribute to requirement documentation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments. This role offers direct involvement in global projects and data-driven decision-making within a technically focused intralogistics environment at BEUMER Group.
Required Qualifications
- Fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Maschinenbau, Automatisierung, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL mit technischem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbar
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Auslandssemester oder internationale Studien- bzw. Projekterfahrung
- Interesse an digitalen Technologien sowie erste Erfahrungen mit KI-Tools (z. B. Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI, Automatisierungslösungen)
