Job Summary
Conduct strategic analysis of complex real-asset scenarios focusing on infrastructure, renewables, and special-purpose properties. Develop business plans, cashflow models, and economic viability analyses while creating comparative calculations and scenarios for project valuation. Support location and neighborhood development research through interdisciplinary collaboration with technical experts. Prepare presentations and decision-making materials for municipalities, public bodies, banks, investors, and owners. The role involves working on mandates for private and public clients, with an emphasis on market entry for new asset classes. Candidates must possess strong numerical affinity and analytical thinking, with MS Office proficiency and German/English B2 skills required. An attractive salary of 1,800 € for mandatory internships and 2,500 € for voluntary ones is provided, alongside opportunities for mobile work and student mentoring.
Required Qualifications
- Studium der Immobilienwirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Bau) mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2-Niveau)
- Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität sowie analytisches, strukturiertes und vernetztes Denkvermögen

Desired Qualifications
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Corporate Finance, Consulting, Banking, Private Equity, Restrukturierung oder Immobilienwirtschaft sind von Vorteil
