Organize and administer the national training program for employees, supporting the conception of leadership, sales, and product training initiatives. Assist in creating and implementing E-Learning content while managing the learning management system. Lead projects and accompany training and change initiatives, including the oversight of specific large markets. Coordinate and moderate online and in-person workshops, planning both live sessions and virtual events. The role begins October 1, 2026, for a six-month duration with flexible hours and remote work options. A monthly stipend of €2,322 is provided alongside 30 days of vacation.
