Job Summary
Develop the logic and structure for a new community forum by defining categories, tags, and moderation guidelines. Transform dry FAQs, tickets, and documentation into engaging forum posts while documenting workflows to ensure the platform's long-term success. Act as an architect for this knowledge platform, turning complex topics into accessible content for Citizen Developers. This two-month internship focuses on building a lively, structured user space within MR.KNOW's established BPMS software ecosystem, supported by direct mentoring from the IT department and management.
Required Qualifications
- Studium in Kommunikationswissenschaften, BWL, Medieninformatik oder Technische Redaktion
- Schreibkompetenz auf Deutsch auf Niveau C1
- Fähigkeit, Texte präzise und gleichzeitig einladend zu formulieren
- Einschreibung als Student:in
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Detailorientierung
- Fähigkeit, Ordnung in komplexe Informationen zu bringen
- Bereitschaft, ein zweimonatiges Pflichtpraktikum zu absolvieren
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung oder Interesse an Softwareprodukten
