Job Summary
Support process standardization, stabilization, and continuous improvement while managing deviations. Contribute to quality culture development and assist in optimizing and documenting processes. Develop quality assessments in Power BI and manage document workflows. Requires a degree in engineering or business administration, strong technical understanding, and advanced Microsoft Office skills including Power BI. Required Qualifications
- Studium oder Weiterbildung an einer Hochschule im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebsökonomie, Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie oder einem ähnlichen Studium
- Gutes technisches Grundverständnis oder Interesse, dieses zu entwickeln
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit rascher Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Zusammenhänge
- Sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse (v. a. Excel und PowerPoint)
- Einwandfreie Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
