Identify and implement potential business model improvements, build partnerships with companies and universities, and analyze the product portfolio to target audience development. Create statistics and dashboards for internal and external use, support the expansion of new target groups, and derive actionable recommendations from data analysis. Contribute to customer experience enhancements and assist with daily operations while advancing strategic projects. Work directly with the founder/CEO in an agile, small-team environment at SurveyCircle, the leading platform for mutual support in online research, helping students and startups find participants for studies.
