Job Summary
Create corporate finance models, valuations, and investment analyses including trading comparables and DCFs. Draft information memoranda and presentations while managing data rooms. Conduct independent research on companies, sectors, and special topics. Collaborate on all investment banking activities within complex transaction processes. Interact with clients, investors, and other advisors via conference calls and meetings. This fully integrated practice at FCF offers exceptional compensation of €3,500 gross monthly for a 4- to 6-month placement, with potential conversion to an Analyst role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorstudium ab 3. Semester an einer führenden Universität in den Bereichen: Finance, Economics, Accounting oder Business Administration
- Praktika-Erfahrung bei „Blue Chip/Top Namen“ in den Bereichen Banking, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, Private Equity oder Mergers & Acquisitions
- erste Erfahrungen/Kenntnisse im Financial Modelling und Valuation
- Bereitschaft zum Commitment für ein 4- bis 6- monatiges Praktikum
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Wort/Schrift)
- exzellenter Umgang mit allen MS Office-Anwendungen
