Praktikant Founder’s Associate (m/w/d)

Conduct strategic initiatives and growth projects within the core team while building and optimizing scalable processes and internal workflows. Analyze markets and competitors to support the creation of pitch decks and sales/marketing materials, actively shaping the service portfolio and new growth initiatives. Manage internal and external communications and assume smaller project responsibilities through close collaboration with partners and client teams. Work directly with founders on operational and strategic projects to gain deep insight into scaling a modern consulting firm.
