Job Summary
Develop autonomous agents to handle complex business development tasks and automate sales workflows using intelligent systems. Connect existing BI infrastructure with innovative AI applications and optimize tool outputs to meet specific business needs. Evaluate new AI technologies for practical utility and convert internal automations into scalable product solutions. Requires a student in Information Systems or Data Science with Python expertise and fluent German (C1). Role is fully remote with flexible hours, offering direct collaboration with the founding team and exposure to modern growth strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Studium (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Data Science oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
- Tiefes Verständnis für LLMs
- Beherrschung von Python
- Erfahrung mit APIs, Webhooks sowie Frameworks für KI-Agenten
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse in logische Einzelschritte zu zerlegen und automatisieren
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
