Organize and coordinate professional practice training within Warande, including recruiting, selecting, and placing students and trainees. Guide, coach, and assess learners throughout their development process while supporting learning coaches and workplace mentors to optimize their roles. Plan practical lessons, training sessions, and supervision meetings, and maintain the professional practice training plan and annual training plan. Advise managers on the learning climate and workplace conditions, manage contacts with educational institutions and the SBB, and translate industry developments into organizational improvements. Work 32 hours per week with a salary range of €3,324 to €4,822.
