Guide learners and students through their training journey while ensuring they feel seen, heard, and challenged. Coordinate the practical learning process, design learning trajectories, and document results in the training file. Act as a key link between education and practice by maintaining contact with training institutions and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors. Share knowledge and provide skill training where needed, while using coaching skills to support both learners and staff on the floor. Contribute to new training formats and translate practical experience into policy. Work within the Leren & Ontwikkelen team at Nolenshaghe, a modern care center specializing in long-term living and rehabilitation for clients with non-congenital brain injury.
