Job Summary
Conduct triage, provide advice, coaching, and short-term guidance for up to 10 patients daily, while delivering return-to-prevention support for mental health conditions. Recognize diverse illness patterns through rapid, competent assessments in a solitary role, knowing when to escalate to the general practitioner for emergency or crisis situations. Utilize eHealth programs alongside face-to-face consultations to ensure accessible care within Amsterdam's primary care network.
Required Qualifications
- HBO of WO diploma
- Psychologie, social work, SPH, MWD, verpleegkunde of SPV vooropleiding
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de GGZ
- Zelfstandig en proactief zijn
- Voldoen aan de meest recente instroomeisen die gelden voor de opleiding POH-GGZ
Desired Qualifications
- De opleiding POH GGZ hebben afgerond of hiermee gaan starten
- Scholing in kortdurende individuele behandeling, CGT, ACT, oplossingsgerichte therapie en/of mindfulness
- Ervaring met e-health
- Makkelijk uit de voeten kunnen met e-health
- Patiënten weten te motiveren tot het gebruik van e-health
- Wonen in of nabij Amsterdam
