Job Summary
Manage the complete sales and service cycle for Made to Measure, from initial fabric introduction and measurements to final alterations and after-sales care. Deliver exceptional service by utilizing knowledge of MTM processes, RTW products, brand DNA, and the Prada Client Journey. Collaborate with store leadership to maintain regular client contact, generate referrals, and support business growth. Partner with the MTM Regional Manager on product updates, training, client development, and business strategies. Work with management and the CRM team on prospects, leveraging networking and local events to source new customers and build the MTM network. Handle appointment booking, orders, fittings, and follow-ups while representing the brand as an ambassador during MTM events. Achieve personal MTM sales goals and contribute to overall store targets.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of similar role in (luxury) retail
- Strong experience in client development and clienteling performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset
- ability to built relationships easily
- Experience in transversal management requiring agility, adaptability, and strong team support capabilities
- Strong observation, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Fluent spoken German and English
