As a Client Advisor at PRADA, you will provide an exceptional in-store experience, maintain and develop client relationships, and engage in cross-selling to achieve sales targets and KPIs. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for luxury fashion, and fluency in German and English. Responsibilities also include product knowledge, handling customer complaints, maintaining a high standard of visual displays, and contributing to shop security.
