Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive assessment, formulation, and recovery-focused interventions to service users under the supervision of a senior registered Psychologist. Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care adhering to best practice and evidence-based guidelines, while supporting the empowerment of individuals and teams to increase knowledge and professional confidence. Participate in reflective practice, peer support, research, and CPD opportunities as part of the national Psychology Team. Complete a structured preceptorship programme over a maximum period of two years to demonstrate competence across a wide range of domains, with progression to a Highly Specialist Practitioner Psychologist post upon successful assessment.
Required Qualifications
- HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist
- Qualified Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level
Desired Qualifications
- Trainee Practitioner Psychologists due to complete training in 2025
- More experienced Practitioner Psychologists
