Job Summary
Conduct weekly live-team supervision for up to four Practicum 0 trainees, directly observing their client-centered therapy sessions and providing immediate feedback. Review therapy videos, SOAP notes, and clinical summaries during bi-weekly group supervision sessions, and complete quarterly clinical evaluations on Time2Track for assigned students. Coordinate scheduling with actor clients, arrange individual supervision meetings as needed, and attend weekly supervision-of-supervision sessions with faculty supervisors to discuss trainee progress.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed Practicum I
- Must be in 3rd year or above in the PsyD or PhD program
- Must be willing to abide by Fuller Community Standards
