Job Summary
General Hematologist/Oncologist opportunity at Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV. Provide inpatient consultative care and outpatient oncology services, manage new cancer diagnoses and ongoing treatment plans, oversee the chemotherapy infusion suite, perform bone marrow biopsies and interpret diagnostic studies, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive Veteran care. Engage in quality improvement, peer review, and teaching initiatives; contribute to CME and academic opportunities; benefit from generous PTO, relocation assistance, malpractice coverage, and a federal pension/retirement structure. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board-certified or eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Eligibility to practice medicine in WV (or able to obtain)
- Familiarity with inpatient consultative care and outpatient oncology settings
