Job Summary
The Practice Transformation Specialist at Aledade directly interfaces with healthcare providers to enhance practice performance by implementing ACO initiatives, training staff, and managing relationships across various levels. Preferred candidates will have significant experience in medical practice management, project management, and proficiency in EHR systems.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in medical practice management or significant administrative experience in a clinic setting
- Substantial operational experience working with Community Health Centers (CHCs)
- A data-driven mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
- Demonstrated project and change management skills
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- 3 years of experience with EHR for clinical/practice management processes
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with process mapping and work-flow analysis tools
- Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn additional software applications
Additional Requirements
- Frequent travel (2-3 days per week) is required
