Job Summary
Practice Transformation Specialist for Aledade’s Flex Field Practice Transformation team. Delivers scalable, expert-level guidance to healthcare practices to support staffing capacity, onboarding, coaching on technologies, and initiatives aligned with Practice Transformation Plans; assists in training office staff and providers on processes and technologies; maintains ongoing communication with practices to support performance across financial and quality metrics; role includes 80% direct practice support, 10% training/development, and 10% customer success activities; requires up to 25% travel across the US and is remote-friendly with domestic US-based work available.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of significant and relevant work experience in medical practice management
- 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical/practice management processes
- Flexibility to travel domestically up to 25%
- Ability to work remotely within the United States
