Job Summary
Provide administrative support for the Practice Group by assisting timekeepers and secretaries with a range of duties including opening/interoffice mail, phone coverage, scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, and visitor coordination. Perform clerical tasks such as preparing correspondence for signature, arranging conference calls/web meetings, retrieving corporate documents, updating contact databases, reviewing documents for accuracy (grammar/syntax), handling confidential information, and assisting with audit-letter responses when needed. Maintain files, enter daily time entries, and support special projects; assist with document processing, scanning, and materials preparation. Support business development through CRM data maintenance and coordination of various tasks. Demonstrate strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficiency with CRM and other firm applications; ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally. The role includes overtime availability and is based in New York with compensation range $30.00 - $36.00 hourly and $62,400 - $74,880 annually depending on location and experience.
Required Qualifications
