Practice Support Executive (18-month FTC)

Job Summary
Provide comprehensive business and administrative support to multiple partners in the Disputes team. Manage complex diary arrangements, coordinate client meetings, travel itineraries, and organize conferences, events, interviews, and client training. Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development and other teams; support matter lifecycle activities from opening matters to correct billing and engagement-letter drafting. Handle billing processes, weekly WIP notes, monthly billing activity, and client reporting. Prepare internal/external presentations and assist with resource management tasks. Proficiently use legal tech platforms (InterAction, BundleDocs, iManage, DocuSign) and MS Office to support fee earners, prepare court documents, and ensure smooth client service across offices and jurisdictions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting fee earners in legal environments
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
