Job Summary
Registered Nurse - NRV Orthopaedics in Virginia (Christiansburg/Blacksburg). Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for patients of all ages; collaborate with the health care team to develop and evaluate age-specific interdisciplinary plans; administer treatments/medications and document via electronic medical records (EPIC); identify and address patient/family education needs; contribute to performance improvement activities; function as a clinical role model; manage resources and participate in unit/hospital/system activities; requires VA RN licensure eligibility and BLS-HCP with potential for ACLS/PALS/NRP based on unit.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of school of professional nursing of an accredited college or graduate of an approved program eligible to sit for the VA licensure exam.
