Job Summary
Conduct specialized, interdisciplinary care for patients with Sjögren's Disease and Vasculitis at dedicated UPMC centers. Cover general rheumatology clinics and provide inpatient care across the Pittsburgh-based hospital system, including a minimum of six inpatient weeks annually. Lead clinical trials in Sjögren's and vasculitis while providing quality instruction and mentorship to medical students, residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals. Interact with academic and basic science colleagues by attending faculty meetings, serving on committees, and addressing quality concerns. Required Qualifications
- MD or equivalent
- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- Board certification and board eligibility (BC/BE) in Rheumatology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license
- Completed an accredited fellowship in Rheumatology
- Minimum of 6 inpatient weeks per year
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in musculoskeletal, vascular, and/or salivary gland ultrasound
