Job Summary
Provide general rheumatology services in inpatient and outpatient settings at UPMC Pittsburgh, with dedicated Sjögren's Disease and Vasculitis clinics. Faculty role includes teaching, mentorship of students/residents/fellows, participation in Sjögren's and vasculitis clinical trials, and potential ultrasound (musculoskeletal) training. Expect 4-day work week, inpatient weeks (minimum 6 per year negotiable), involvement in academic activities (faculty meetings, committees, grand rounds), and collaboration with University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and Department of Medicine. Eligibility includes MD or equivalent, board certification in Internal Medicine, BC/BE in Rheumatology with ability to obtain PA license, completed Rheumatology fellowship; H1B visa sponsorship available; relocation allowance, CME support, and five weeks PTO. Location-based duties at Pittsburgh, PA with additional US locations as applicable. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, research involvement, teaching, and patient-centered care in a leading academic health system.
Required Qualifications
- MD or equivalent
