Practice Relations/Marketing Ambassador

Practice Relations Ambassador role focused on promoting Optimum Oral Surgery and Dental Implants within a designated territory. Responsibilities include referral development with general dentists and specialists, routine field visits, in-person representation, and building lasting referral relationships; plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns for new services and openings; organize and manage events such as Lunch & Learns, CE courses, Open Houses, and coordinate logistics; create engaging social media content and manage calendars across Instagram and Facebook; travel within the territory to support referral development and practice operations; track activities, report ROI, and support data-driven decision making; collaborate with surgeons, leadership, and marketing teams to meet patient-volume goals. Skills include strong communication, organization, relationship-building, content creation for social media, event planning, and initiative in a team environment.
