Job Summary
The Practice Operations Director will oversee the operational functions of a medical practice across multiple locations, requiring hands-on leadership expertise in medical practice management with a focus on auto accident, workers' compensation, and commercial insurance workflows. Responsibilities include managing clinical and administrative operations, driving efficiency and compliance, monitoring KPIs, and supporting quality patient care. Candidates must have extensive experience in orthopedic or spine management along with proficiency in relevant healthcare systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience in a medical practice setting (orthopedic, spine, or pain management preferred)
- 5+ years of experience handling MVA, Workers’ Comp, and commercial insurance processes
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive accountability
- Proficiency in medical, EHR systems, and healthcare compliance
- Bachelor's degree required
