Lead and manage a team of Nurses in a Wyoming NSW general practice; oversee patient care efficiency, coach and mentor clinical staff, maintain the Treatment Room operations, assist the GP with health assessments and GP management plans, and collaborate with the Practice Manager to understand financial levers and staff allocation.
