Job Summary
Support family enquiries, onboarding, and educator coordination while maintaining accurate records across organizational systems. Build knowledge of legislation, policies, and service delivery before transitioning to mentoring educators, conducting visits, and supporting quality improvement under the National Quality Framework. Monitor compliance, strengthen relationships with families and stakeholders, and contribute to recruitment and service growth initiatives. This fixed-term 12-month full-time role requires living in the Central Highlands of Queensland with a current driver's license and vehicle access.
Required Qualifications
- You must live in the Central Highlands of Queensland
- be willing to drive to perform face to face visits
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
- Experience within the Early Childhood Education and Care sector
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Current Driver Licence
- access to a reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid qualification
- Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
