Job Summary
Lead the pharmacy team and manage store operations to deliver patient safety, clinical governance, and profitable targets. Directly coach and develop staff and locums while ensuring compliance with GPhC standards and supporting regional and home office teams on clinical and service queries. Balance line management and pharmacist duties to maintain high professional customer service levels. Work a 44-hour week across rotating shifts including Saturdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare
- Valid GPhC registration
- Evidence of the right to work in the UK
- Relevant safeguarding qualifications
- DBS check
- Enrollment in the live update service
- Ability to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist
- Experience in comfortably challenging, confronting and solving difficult situations
- Ability to maintain solid connections in store and with field teams
