Job Summary
Lead a team of clinical and support colleagues by fostering a collaborative environment, setting clear expectations, and conducting performance evaluations. Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, facility maintenance, and standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care. Develop and monitor the practice budget, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Handle client concerns, design local marketing initiatives, and coordinate community outreach to drive retention and satisfaction. Create proactive business plans and strategic initiatives to support practice growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role
- Bachelor's degree/college diploma in business administration or a related field preferred
