Job Summary
Lead in-clinic operational initiatives by collaborating between clinics, doctors, and central leadership while owning the clinic P&L, including KPIs for visits, charges, and staffing. Build effective teams through recruiting non-provider clinical roles, managing performance, and minimizing turnover. Execute daily clinic coverage, manage physician schedules for high-risk patients, and drive referral conversion through local outreach to primary care providers. Solve operational problems in real time for providers and staff while making timely decisions and delivering regular data reporting to leadership. Maintain a strong positive culture and trust within the clinic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Direct management experience over a clinic team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
