Job Summary
Lead urgent care and occupational medicine center clinical and administrative teams to deliver consistent patient care excellence and operational effectiveness. Manage annual budgets, develop performance goals, and implement center marketing strategies while partnering with senior leadership for clinical standards and regulatory compliance. Create and foster an environment aligned with core values, develop monthly work schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and manage staffing levels to meet patient care needs. Ensure appropriate medical supplies and equipment inventory. Travel to other centers as needed to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3 years of leadership experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Required to travel to other WellStreet Urgent Care centers as needed to support business needs
Desired Qualifications
- exp from other industries
- Hospitality Industry and Retail Management experience
- a working knowledge of healthcare business office, insurance operations, ICD-9 and CPT
- Experience in urgent care and occupational medicine
