Job Summary
Lead urgent care and occupational medicine center teams to deliver consistent patient care excellence and operational effectiveness. Exercise fiscal practices to meet annual budgets and key performance indicators while managing monthly work schedules for direct reports. Develop and communicate center vision, conduct performance evaluations, and coach staff on Wellstreet core values. Hire and retain appropriate staffing levels, manage medical supply inventory, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clinical operations and marketing departments to align workflows with the Wellstreet mission.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Experience with budgeting, inventory/supply management, and P&L oversight
- Proven success in team development and coaching
- Exceptional customer service and patient experience focus
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, multi-provider healthcare environment
- Have at least 3 years of leadership experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Occupational Health experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience in urgent care and occupational medicine preferred
- 1 year of marketing experience, in healthcare preferred
- Working knowledge of healthcare business office, insurance operations, ICD-9 and CPT preferred, but not required
