Job Summary
Lead urgent care and occupational medicine center teams to deliver consistent patient care excellence and operational effectiveness. Exercise fiscal and operational practices to meet annual budgets and key performance indicators while developing and communicating center vision and goals. Manage monthly schedules for administrative and clinical staff, conduct performance evaluations, and handle hiring, retention, and disciplinary actions in accordance with Wellstreet policies. Ensure clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and appropriate inventory levels are maintained through collaboration with clinical operations and marketing departments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Experience with budgeting, inventory/supply management, and P&L oversight
- Proven success in team development and coaching
- Exceptional customer service and patient experience focus
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, multi-provider healthcare environment
- Have at least 3 years of leadership experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Occupational Health experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience in urgent care and occupational medicine preferred
- 1 year of marketing experience, in healthcare preferred
- Working knowledge of healthcare business office, insurance operations, ICD-9 and CPT preferred, but not required
