Job Summary
Lead urgent care and occupational medicine center teams to deliver consistent patient care excellence and operational effectiveness. Manage annual budgets, develop performance goals, and implement center marketing strategies while partnering with senior leadership for clinical standards and regulatory compliance. Create and foster a working environment aligned with core values, conduct annual performance evaluations, and manage monthly schedules for administrative and clinical direct reports. Ensure appropriate staffing levels, inventory medical supplies, and handle progressive disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies. Required to travel to other centers as needed.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3 years of leadership experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Required to travel to other WellStreet Urgent Care centers as needed to support business needs
Desired Qualifications
- exp from other industries
- Hospitality Industry and Retail Management experience
- a working knowledge of healthcare business office, insurance operations, ICD-9 and CPT
- Experience in urgent care and occupational medicine
