Job Summary
Practice Manager at Tuggeranong dental centre (4 chairs) responsible for daily operations, rostering, patient flow, centre presentation, and supporting dentists to deliver efficient, high-quality general dental care. Lead, mentor and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional patient experience; monitor KPIs and partner with Regional Manager on business goals and centre growth. The role combines hands-on operational management with people leadership in a busy, community-focused environment and offers ongoing training and career development within Pacific Smiles Group in Canberra.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in dental or healthcare operations — as a Practice Manager, Senior DA, or team leader
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
