Practice Manager - Toothworks Sterling Dental

Job Summary
Build and execute operational plans to improve daily practice productivity and develop strategies for organic patient growth. Constantly review clinic indicators to identify issues, providing coaching and direction to the team. Partner with Compliance and HR to ensure the clinic meets provincial health regulation standards and lead all compliance programs. Manage and oversee daily staffing costs, payroll administration, and accounts receivable while supporting recruitment efforts to interview dental professionals. Lead, coach, and motivate the team to improve engagement and retention. This full-time role requires a Practice Manager with 3-5 years of experience in dental operations, paid between $30-$40/hour. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- University or College Diploma in business or office administration
- 3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager
- Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management
- Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards
- Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada
