Job Summary
Lead and mature the Technology Delivery Leadership practice at an enterprise level within MSD, shaping how technology delivery leadership is defined, supported and held to account across portfolios. Provide portfolio oversight across technology delivery, align priorities, planning and delivery with governance, EPMO and senior delivery leaders, and lead workforce planning, governance alignment and capability pathways. Influence senior leaders to improve delivery performance and outcomes while coaching and developing Practice Leads and senior practitioners. Apply modern delivery approaches, including agile methods, to complex public-sector environments. Salary range 163,784.00–203,820.00 NZD per year.
