Job Summary
Lead daily practice operations by overseeing scheduling, staff management, and hiring onboarding while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage inventory, conduct financial analysis for billing and insurance processing, and monitor staff training needs including ACLS and BLS certifications. Serve as the primary liaison between staff and the Practice Area Manager, facilitate monthly team meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to streamline patient experience and support business growth. Perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced healthcare environment requiring prolonged sitting, standing, and walking.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform tasks that require prolonged sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree, English major preferred
- Proven experience in practice operations or healthcare administration
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a medical office or clinic within the healthcare field
