Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of dental practice locations in Duluth and the Atlanta area, lead and mentor a team, manage budgets and inventory, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA/OSHA), drive patient satisfaction, and improve profitability through effective non-clinical leadership and KPI monitoring. Responsible for training and supervising staff, coordinating office duties, managing AR and claims processes, and maintaining high-quality patient care across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience managing a dental practice
- experience with insurance verification
- claims and resolution processes
- positive employee relations supervision of staff
- P&L management with focus on controlling expenses
- knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA practices and policies
