Practice Manager - Southwest

Partner with the chief of staff to manage day-to-day hospital operations, lead and develop associates, and ensure a positive client and patient experience. In partnership with stakeholders including the veterinary medical team, field leadership, and corporate headquarters, drive business results and support growth while fostering an engaging team environment. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and developing associates, educating clients about hospital services and Optimum Wellness Plans, budgeting and planning for the hospital, scheduling and coordinating time off, and supporting daily operations with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
