Job Summary
Lead operational and business functions across SOL Mental Health practices, building a high-performing administrative team and partnering with clinical leaders to align clinical and operational priorities. Drive patient access, flow, and experience through standardized workflows across the care lifecycle; optimize scheduling and clinician collaboration to support patient outcomes; monitor and improve key performance metrics such as new patient conversion, retention, and no-show/cancellation rates; oversee front desk operations and self-pay collections to ensure financial performance; manage practice-level financials and data-driven decision-making; coach and develop administrative staff including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management; ensure regulatory compliance while leading quality improvement and cross-functional initiatives. The role supervises non-clinical care-team members and collaborates with Therapy Supervisors to deliver high-quality mental health care. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare practice management
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; healthcare administration background preferred
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and development
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage financial and operational metrics
- Experience with healthcare electronic health records, practice management, and scheduling systems
