Job Summary
Lead and develop the administrative team to deliver outstanding client service across a growing multi-disciplinary allied health practice. Oversee scheduling, client enquiries, billing, and daily operations; ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient service delivery; monitor and improve administrative performance, systems, and processes; and support clinicians to ensure seamless client care and experience. Requires proven experience in a Practice Manager or similar leadership role within healthcare/allied health, with strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, and familiarity with billing systems and schemes (Medicare, HICAPS, PRODA, NDIS, icare).
Required Qualifications
- Australian working rights
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check
- Strong IT proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom)
- Working knowledge of PRODA, Medicare, and NDIS systems
