Job Summary
Oversee daily clinic operations at two urgent care locations in Sanford & Saco, managing scheduling, staffing, inventory, and supply orders while enforcing compliance policies. Monitor performance metrics across both sites to identify operational gaps, collaborate with medical leadership on strategic initiatives, and lead performance evaluations for clinic staff. Maintain a consistent on-site presence to mentor team members, address patient feedback, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Work Monday through Friday with a rotating weekend on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional people manager and team leader
- 1-3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams
- Demonstrated skills in medical practice management
- Demonstrated skills in human resources
- Demonstrated skills in data analysis
- Proven ability to successfully oversee operations across multiple clinic locations
- Ability to work independently
- Level of initiative and enthusiasm to help drive results
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization
- Familiarity with medical billing systems
- Basic medical coding
- Basic medical terminology
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically SharePoint, Word, and Excel
- Availability to work in clinic Monday through Friday
- Rotating on-call for weekends
- Flexibility to support the opening and closing of clinic regularly
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
