Job Summary
Build and execute operational plans to improve daily practice productivity and increase organic patient growth. Constantly review clinic indicators to identify improvement opportunities, while partnering with Compliance and HR to ensure full provincial health regulation standards. Lead and coach the team to enhance engagement, drive implementation of company policies, and manage daily staffing costs and payroll administration. Oversee accounts receivable processes and support recruitment efforts to interview and assess dental professionals. Required Qualifications
- University or College Diploma in business or office administration
- 3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager
- Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management
- Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards
- Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office
