Practice Manager Regional - Primary Care - Allegheny General Hospital (Hybrid)

Conduct on-site assessments of practice operations to identify opportunities for improvement in patient access, care alignment, and revenue maximization. Develop, plan, and budget for practices while managing key financial metrics including staff hours, resource allocation, and the revenue cycle process. Supervise staff, resolve problems, and implement corrective actions, including interviewing, hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations. Proactively manage physician contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with productivity standards and appointment availability. Manage all phases of practice acquisition and exit processes, including onboarding support, site preparation, and medical records processing. Provides ongoing guidance to established managers and ensures adherence to organizational goals and data security policies.
