Job Summary
Lead urgent care and occupational medicine center teams to deliver consistent patient care excellence and operational effectiveness. Manage annual budgets, develop performance goals, and implement center marketing strategies while fostering a working environment aligned with WellStreet core values. Exercise fiscal and operational practices to meet key performance indicators, develop monthly work schedules, and conduct annual performance evaluations. Hire, manage, and retain appropriate staffing levels; ensure clinical and administrative teams perform in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assure appropriate levels of medical supplies and equipment are in inventory. Partner with the marketing department to develop center-level strategies and collaborate with area clinical operations directors to support clinical standards.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3 years of leadership experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Required to travel to other WellStreet Urgent Care centers as needed to support business needs
Desired Qualifications
- exp from other industries
- Hospitality Industry and Retail Management experience
- a working knowledge of healthcare business office, insurance operations, ICD-9 and CPT
- Experience in urgent care and occupational medicine
