Job Summary
Practice Manager to lead and develop a 4-surgery specialist private dental practice at PortmanDentex. Requires a healthcare/service-focused background and strong leadership to manage daily operations, staff, and patient care. Responsibilities include overseeing financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets), ensuring equipment and facilities are fully functional, driving compliance and process-driven practice standards, and supporting a collaborative team to deliver excellent service. The role emphasizes operational excellence, staff development, and working with the broader management partners to foster practice growth. Required Qualifications
- Healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background
- experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
- confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
- leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
