Job Summary
Manage a dental practice as the Registered Manager, leading a team of Specialists and supporting colleagues to perform at their best. Oversee operational excellence, including fully-functioning equipment and facilities, while maintaining a compliant, process-driven practice. Drive practice growth and management with confidence in financials, specifically handling P&L, KPIs, and budgets. Deliver excellent patient care and great service aligned with the group's mission to put patients first. Required Qualifications
- Healthcare experience managing a dental practice
- Registered Manager for this practice
- Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
