Job Summary
Lead and oversee the orthodontic practice operations at The Liverpool Brace Place as Practice Manager. Responsibilities include driving patient care quality across NHS and private patients, managing daily operations, ensuring equipment and facilities are compliant and well-maintained, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. Hands-on involvement with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets) and process governance to support practice growth. The role includes acting as the Registered Manager for the practice and partnering with the operations manager and business partners to optimize performance and patient experience. Core focus areas include leadership, operational excellence, compliance, team development, and delivering results in a fast-paced dental setting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in general and ortho dental or have a private commercial background
- A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
- Passionate about delivering great service
- Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
- Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
- Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
